For example this one. Perhaps the only song that was in the top 40 back in 1980 about a video game, that seems pretty odball

Level 42 is a pop-funk outfit that had several UK hits (and even a couple in the US) during the 1980s. Among their B-sides to various singles was "At This Great Distance," which showcased the band's musical chops but the lyrics were basically an astronomy lesson about time and space.

I used to listen to them in the 80s. Adding this stuff to my list. Have to hunt this down.

Level 42 is a weird one. Some of their songs really resonate with me, others don't. They got big in the 80s but then now you hardly ever hear of them unless people go down a nostalgia hole of videos or audio tracks
