I really liked this new episode of Starship Deimos mentioning Gary Mitchell and what happens in a dangerous part of space. I really liked the story and acting in this episode. I've really have enjoyed watching the new fanfilms from Potemkin productions.:bolian::)

A few brief comments.

The lighting on the bridge seems lower here than in previous films, and the set looks better for it. Whatever you've done different here, keep doing it.

Ending the teaser on an order to kill their own shipmates is a great hook! But it would have ended stronger by cutting the "magnification factor 12" line, since it doesn't add to the drama and we actually don't see anything change on screen after the order is given.

Audio remains the biggest issue. The levels are all over the place, and the sound effects are frequently much too loud, overwhelming the often mushy dialog.

Are those stars I'm seeing over the planet outside the window in the last scene?!

The greenscreen sets are a nice idea for opening up the show, but are sabotaged by mismatched angles between the live action and the virtual sets, notably down-angles on live action mated to backgrounds generated level, so the table often looks tipped and the actors listing. When shooting you should write down the camera tilt so the backgrounds can be generated and aligned properly, or at least shoot a "perspective box" for each angle so that the artists can calculate where the relative horizon line is. It's a super-simple thing to make and use if you are interested.
