I was wondering if anyone else has been/is playing Nioh, released early last year in the west? I know there are quite a few people around here who like the Dark Souls-y kind of games, and Nioh really nails that type of core gameplay.
I'd describe it as a bit more arcade-y and action-focused than your typical Souls-like, with an added twist of a stronger emphasis on (colored) loot and a very cool mystical/feudal Japan setting, if you're into that kind of thing.
