Nick Meyer's dodgy German accent

Was watching TUC for work yesterday, and caught up with some of the extras. On the "Shakespeare and General Chang" feature Nick Meyer has a line about Nazi propaganda, where he does his supposed impression of a German accent.

But, to me, it sounded like a better *Scottish* accent than Doohan did in the movies...
