Newbie here! Help me identify a scene!

Hello fellow TNG-ites,

I have recently started a project to remaster a certain well-known, but low quality TNG fanvideo. I have found the origin of every scene except one.

INT. OBSERVATION LOUNGE:
- Picard: "Make it so"
- Picard, Geordie, Data, Riker and Worf quickly get up and leave

Can anyone help identify the episode? It's at least after season one because of yellow worf, but the quality is too low to do reverse image search. Also the scripts are of little help, probably because the quick exit was not scripted, and there are many "make it so's".

EDIT: Narrowing down to season 3 onward, because of the insignia on picard's collar. Thanks Dr. Sevrin!

EDIT 2: SOLVED! Thanks to Tosk, I have confirmed it as " The Nth Degree"!

No idea, but it's Season 3 or after because of the uniform collars.
