I noticed that Simon Pegg, John Cho and Zoe are wearing a sweater or jacket with gray collar. What would it be?

Uhura in pants! And are those landing party jackets, perhaps the same as what Benedict Cumberbatch's character is wearing in the fight scene with Spock?

My guess is some kind of field jacket... Sort of like those that the landing party wore in The Cage when they beamed down to Talos.

Hmm. She and Cho look to be wearing the same (or similar) big boots and silver pants that are made of a thicker material than the standard uniform duds. Some sort of specialized outfit for a hostile planetary environment? Or maybe spacesuit bottoms?
 
Is Zoe smoking in one of those pics? No, not smoking hot (she's certainly that) but smoking cigarettes? That brings her down to a 9.5!
 
It looks like several people are aware of who the person is leaking the photos. You can see recognition, and even smiles in one shot.

Just noticed that the collar that can be seen under the coat Pegg is wearing in his birthday greeting video to publisher AD 2000 is the same as what Cho and Saldana are wearing. Hear's the link to the Trekmovie.com story.

So, whatever kind of uniform or part of a uniform they are, Uhura, Sulu, and Scotty are in them, so far.

I think the purpose of those coats is to conceal their costumes, much like in the making of the last film.
