For those of us far from Shore Leave, this is now available for ordering from Amazon. It's apparently POD, which explains why it was never available for preorder.

Finished reading this morning. I enjoyed most of the essays. Unlike some other recent unauthorized Star Trek nonfiction titles, there seemed to be very little speculation presented as fact in this volume. I only arched an eyebrow a couple of times, and both times I realized I'd misconstrued what I was reading.
If I can get through an entire Trek nonfiction book without bumping up against something I know to be incorrect, I'm impressed. (That's not to say there are no misstatements in the book, just that they didn't misstate anything I knew to be otherwise.)
