New article on STXI crafts

Kris Tapley at InContention.com has posted a rather sizeable article on the technical aspects of STXI including interviews with some of the craftspeople involved in the film. Very interesting. So unless this has been posted somewhere buried in an older thread, here's my heads-up:

That's a pretty interesting article, as far as it goes. One thing which stuck out is that Abrams chose and hired top-quality help, and wasn't telling these people how to do their jobs -- wasn't even necessarily telling them ahead of time about decisions already made with the material they were being handed. The film editors' initial horrified reaction to all of the lens flares was priceless, but how they ended up figuring out ways that it could be used to advantage was even better.

More stuff like this about the contributions of the behind-the scenes people would be great.
