Need help to find short stories/anthologies of sci-fi stories

Hey, guys, I'm trying to remember some science fiction stories that I read as a kid. They were short stories published in anthologies, and I'd like to track down the books.

The first one was, I think, from the 50s. It had a story about a space navy crew fighting a war. The crew finds out near the beginning that the war is over, but the captain doesn't want to stop fighting. They make him record all of his voice command authorizations so they can tell the computer of their ship what to do. Then they space him. Another story in that collection featured a crew that lands on a planet and finds out that Jesus had been there a few days ago. One of the crew becomes obsessed and tries to follow him. The last story that I remember from this book describes an alien invasion. It turns out that the aliens are humans who are spreading tyranny throughout the galaxy.

Another anthology that I am trying to remember has a story where I think the US and Russia are fighting a vicious war. The protagonist has the job to scan the brains of deceased enemy pilots to discover any secret plans. That same anthology has a story about a future army made up of synthetic soldiers. They're upset because they weren't given reproductive organs. They hold it against their human commander who tells them that he doesn't have any either.

Does this sound familiar at all? Thanks in advance.
