need help on a future book purchase

Which version of the Star Trek Spaceflight chronology is the best version to buy because i see 2 versions of it on ebay.

and by better i mean has the most content in terms of text info and visual info.

The 1979 US version. The UK one is more of a magazine featuring the best artwork from the full (inch thick) book, and missing most of the content.

If the cover has a big grid and a little Enterprise, that's the full, proper version. If its a painting of the Enterprise in flight, that's the cut down version.
