I'm trying to find an good "inward" star chart which, in other words, would show the galaxy as if you were outside the Milky Way looking in. I can find plenty of "star gazing" charts online but I'm having trouble finding one like this.
I need it because I'm trying to find the relative distance of particular stars from our sun. For example, I know Beta Leonis is about 36 LY from Sol, but exactly where would it be positioned in our galaxy?
Thanks for your help
