Does anybody know who made the toys on the pink shelf? I doubt they were created for the show, as they're just background props.

    Really? That's your takeaway? :vulcan:

So there's an assortment of robots, teddy bears, and I can't make out what that is on the top.

Your humble Moderator to the rescue.
It may be impossible due to the lack of detail unless someone actually worked on the set.

Thanks. I thought maybe someone might recognize it if they owned one of them as a child.

Yes. If we couldn't identify that big unique artwork over in the voyager forum, it'd be really hard to identify those toys

Sorry, bit of a font geek! :D ... :alienblush:

OK, so I guess I didn't really contribute to the point of your thread. So I did some searching, and through the magic of Google Image Search, I think it's possible (although I can't be absolutely certain) that these:

are possibly Horikawa Star Strider Robots in red:

    and blue:

    That's all I've got. Sorry.

Well, at least we know what episode it's from, unlike the VOY painting. That's something.

@Avro Arrow Awesome. But if it's a limited edition, eek! They took it out of its box!

Anybody else know what that language could be?

The Okudas were into anime and packed the show with references, so I'm gonna guess they're all anime figurines along the top.

As for the language... no clue

It's always possible it was a real language, or a made-up one we saw elsewhere that isn't immediately recognizable from that picture.

Might be able to find the robots here...

I had a quick scan through and didn't see any matches, but there's a lot there to see.

P.S. Not the only time the Trek typeface has appeared in universe. TOS did it at least once as well.

I think it was an alien font I made up for a one-off appearance of a race we probably didn't see again on TNG. I occasionally helped out with alien typography. - R

Really? Do you happen to remember where? I don't recall seeing that before.
