Need help identifying some music tracks

A mate just gave me the scores for seasons 2 through 5 and I want to find the names of a couple of specific ones without having to open each one up (I know, I'll be doing it eventually anyway). Specifically (and assuming they're on the cds):

1. Gridlock - When the highways are cleared at the end

(FOUND) 2. The Big Bang - When the Doctor lifts off and dives the Pandorica into the Tardis' explosion (EDIT: A Sad Man with a Box)

Pretty sure that's The Doctor Forever. The bit between 1:20 and 1:50 is what's used in that specific scene.
