Need help identifying 90s era Trek Reference Book

Hello All, this is my first post.
When I was a kid, my town's public library had a lot of great Star Trek reference books/tech manuals; books like The Star Trek Encyclopedia [1st Ed.], TNG Tech Manual, Star Trek Phase II: The Lost Series, The Spaceflight Chronology etc (also a lot of the prose novels).
There was one book with a name like "Federation Travel Guide" or "Guide to the Federation" - I've tried to look it up online but am having no luck. I'm wondering if any of you Trek Lit Board users may also remember or own this book, and would be able to help identify it.

I remember it was mostly black and white, but had a section of color pages w/ paintings. A lot of these images were more 60s/70s scifi paperback cover than "Star Trek." One of them depicted a dinosaur-like alien (I took it to be a Gorn) eating something....a sandwich?

* I think it contained information up to mid-TNG or very early DS9
* It is not Worlds of the Federation (I have that one)
* It's not an RPG book
* The Klingon homeworld was called "Klinzhai" in this book; this was the first time I had seen the planet referred to that way (I kind of liked it)
* A section detailing the Borg had a header that went something like "WARNING! Predatory alien species - report all sightings to Starfleet Command!"

Any ideas, or have I just hallucinated some weird old Star Trek reference book?

Klinzhai was the name of the Klingon homeworld in John M. Ford's The Final Reflection, as well as the FASA role-playing game that Ford wrote for. There was a 1986 FASA sourcebook called The Federation:
