Need for Speed the movie in theaters on 3/14/2014

Although it's a post-conversion, CinemaBlend's 3D gives the stereoscopy a near-perfect score. Impressive...

... but the movie still sounds like a dud.

Saw it the other day. There's a bit where Aaron Paul's character is arrested and taken away by the Police. I just couldn't resist shouting out "Better call Saul!"

I thought it was a good movie (though it would have been much better if it preceded the Fast and Furious franchise). The driving cinematics were fantastic. I also might be a little bias because I played most of the games but...

Spoiler: scene in movie

The scene of the car flying over the highway put a huge smile on my face. It had to be a homage to the gamers. NFS games always has that hidden jump somewhere.
