Admiral
When a fellow agent is murdered, the NCIS teams heads into the desert to locate a woman who might hold the answer to the mystery murder. Guest starring Lance Henriksen and Mila Furlan.

In other news, it's being reported that Louise Lombard (CSI), Peter Cambor (Notes From the Underbelly) and Daniel Ruah have been cast in the NCIS spinoff (though to be fair, any of them could be "Blackaddered" after they appear on NCIS), while Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J are still in negotiations. I guess that means no Alex O'Loughlin.

Good episode. It was nice seeing Vasquez Rocks again. That was where "Arena" was filmed - the Star Trek episode where Captain Kirk goes mano y mano with a Gorn. That location has been in many films and tv shows. I just watched an episode of Alias that was filmed there.

Lance Henrickson was pretty cool. I think they should have him head up the new NCIS spinoff.

Doggone it. My recorder had a blip and didn't record this last night.

Can anyone tell me: Is there another airing of this on any of the channels which air this show?

Well seeing as how the episode just aired, it won't be on the next few weeks of reruns. I suppose you could wait until June or July to see it on TV. :p

Same here. For some reason, the guide for the DVR last night had 8 - 11 labeled "Local Programming," so that may be what happened to both of us.

They probably cleared all for the Presidential speech. NCIS was the only original program on that night where I'm at.

I usually watch all my shows online,Heroes or 24 (but 24 is winning out watching it on the TV), NCIS, Knightrider and Smallville mainly because my wife prefers to watch her shows. She works all day and I, being recently laid off from my job has the TV all day so I let her watch them.
But back to NCIS, very good but normal episode and still enjoyed it! The subplot of Tony was very interesting in which could they be leading on that everyone can suspect his loyalty to the group? And I just loved it when:
Gibbs was aiming his sights on the helicopter. I mean c'mon, an ex professional sniper from the Marines against a semi average hitman in a helicopter?!?!

I gave it an above average.
Seeing Mira Furlan was pretty cool. I enjoyed the way DiNozzo, knowing McGee was out of sorts and that Gibbs had been riding him, covered for McGee's delay in getting to the crime scene. Combined with way they picked on each other through the rest of the episode, it was a reminder of the very sibling like relationship – that 'I may laugh as you fall on your face, but I'll never throw you to the wolves' relationship. Watching DiNozzo try to ride the horse was good for a giggle. I loved Gibb's with the rifle facing down the helicopter! That was kick ass.:techman:

Warmest Wishes

That was my thinking. Anyway, managed to catch it on Comcast On Demand (though not in HD, but with only a single commercial).

You know, NCIS can trace its roots back to the end of the 19th century. Maybe they could have a period-setting NCIS with horseback and everything. :)
