When an ICE agent is murdered after a security breach at the SecNav's residence, the NCIS team is forced to work with the FBI and the ICE in order to solve the murder. Meanwhile, Tony faces Rivkin.

Second to last episode of the season. Another two-parter, which is extremely rare on NCIS, now we have them back-to-back.

What happened? NCIS: Legend turn people off from both shows? :p

Well, if nothing else, you now know the hit on Chris O'Donnell's character was real, so when his show starts up this fall he'll be a man with scars and baggage.

Anyone think the I.C.E. lady was hot and not hot at the same time?

Honestly, I'm just watching out of habit now. The interagency, espionage Israeli stuff is just boring as hell. It doesn't help that I want Ziva to die and I'm completely uninvested in this Tony/Ziva ship they're pushing. For the love of god, please investigate a case involving actual military personnel on an actual military base please...

i have a feeling that they just might be working to an end of the whole Israeli stuff...

I actually love that part of the show. I thought this and the 'Legend' episodes were excellent. I loved the whole 'Ziva up a tree' jokes too.

Last thing I want is another "Frog" storyline. It's the same crap that made JAG into a joke after about season 4 or 5.

I mean, the main character looking for his dad, a Vietnam War POW... fine. It's somewhat believable. A military lawyer somehow being embroiled in stupid CIA farce? It edges into fan fiction at that point... just like crime scene investigators being involved with a hot Israeli ninja girl embroiled in international politics, but I guess that's another debate. :p

Seriously, I wonder what EVERYONE ELSE in NCIS is doing. Just watching Susan Boyle youtube clips I guess.

I didn't care for the ICE lady. In fact, I thought she was the killer.

ETA: They better NOT be planning to kill Tony!

They did say that the season finale would change everything...

I think they might off Ziva...

^ Fine by me. Ziva is by far my least favorite character.

Didn't you know? The show changed its name to nCIAs.

The 'n' and the 's' are silent. ;)

Fine by me. I never did like her.

What I don't get is that if they want to make a CIA show, they should just make a CIA show. Why even have the spinoff be another NCIS team if all they're doing is tracking down terrorists who have nothing to do with the navy or the marines?

It'd be like doing a show about Firefighters who perform surgeries at hospitals around the city.

I did at first, but I never understood why she was there long term... It just didn't make any sense outside of the director wanting a source to the spook community because of her personal war against "the frog". But I've seen them do a lot over this last season to correct the mistakes of the past few seasons with that storyline, and I think it started when the running of the show changed last season or two. I think that Donald Bellisario likes to put spy aspects in a lot of his shows after a while, and I think this was what lead to the fight between him and mark harmon which lead to his stepping down as show runner/head writer in late 2007.

I am concerned Cote as Ziva wpn't be back:( It looks like next week they are going to Isreal and things sound bad for me:lol:

Ziva's homecoming to Israel with Gibbs and the team is not a happy reunion with her father, the enigmatic and powerful head of Mossad. As tensions rise, Gibbs is forced to make a decision that sends shockwaves through NCIS.
Could it be leaving without Ziva?
I mean even the title scares me "Aliyah" I believe thats a translatesto immigration of some sort.

If they did drop Ziva at the end of the episode, in typical NCIS fashion she'd be back on the team by the 30 minute mark of the season premiere.

Which is why they need to kill her, Kate-style. :p
I hope it's not a stupid "breaking up the Team" thing. Two years is enough.

Ziva doesn't deserve to be killed like Kate:wtf: If Ziva it to be killed in the line of duty it is to be like Jenny or Paula, or even Michelle Lee minus the double agentness.
