NCC-71884 & Trinculo

For those who have an interest in ship lists, I was watching the Penny Juday special on the Season 2 set. When she was talking about the recovery of one of the Enterprise-D models, she pulled out a sheet. It showed the ship soon after it was dropped off at Paramount. The registry of the ship was NCC-71884. This registry had been applied to the saucer and to at least one of the warp pylons. The name was illegible.

People had been discussing whether or not the ship seen in Planet Hollywood was the Trinculo. (http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Galaxy_class_model) Well, this ship had allegedly the registry NCC-71867. Now, that is possible to see the registry on the PH model, either the registry was wrong or the Trinculo was never in PH. If that was the case, then where was this ship seen?

I would love to provide screencaps; however, I don't have the technology. Who could we ask to provide the screencaps?
