^True crime dramas are the new thing... yawn.... I'm still curious if Will and Grace is ignoring every thing after rGrace got married randomly. I'm a little surprised that it's coming back in the fall. I figured they would use it to take The Good Place in the spring.
Not surprised by a new show getting the post Voice slot though am surprised they are using the post voice slot on Tuesday for pre existing low rating shows. I don't see either getting a big boost and I would thought a new show would of gotten that slot or they would of paired up Two Chicago shows from 9-11. The Blacklist getting the 8pm slot is very surprising as a show entering it's 5th season is not going to do much (if at all) to increase it's own ratings and seems not ideal to open your primetime on any night. Blacklist is only around at this point due to the very lucrative Netflix deal rumored to be $2 million per episode when the deal was first struck a few years back. Law & Order feels like a 10pm show wasting a 9pm slot at this rate. Will & Grace could be huge or a big flop but am not surprised it will kick start the comedy block. This Is Us has been great for NBC this season so was it a gamble to move it's slot? Law & Order: True Crime *yawns* and is a very odd show coming out of 2 hours of family friendly shows. Blindspot & Taken should feel lucky to be around still.
Gotham is only around for the same reason. Before the show started Netflix had a 1.6 million (Check that number but I think it was that.) dollar an episode deal for 5-6 seasons. It's really crazy.
I know per episode, jeez how much money does Netflix spend a year on shows. They pay $44 million for just one season of blacklist, never mind the hundreds of other TV & movies they stream. For that price I wonder how many years they have the rights for? You'd think at least 10 years.
Nice to see Will & Grace back in its old time block on Thursday. I couldn't care less about the rest of them.
Are we doing a topic for every network? If not here is Fox's schedule... http://tvline.com/2017/05/15/fox-fall-lineup-2017-the-x-files/ Also I haven't seen anything on Chicago Justice being officially canceled.
Will and Karen look exactly the same. If this ####s with Travelers, I am going to toss my toys, but if he invites his friends here, to wander over into a few episodes of Travelers, that could be fun.
What type of toys? Travelers is fine, Wil and grace is only coming back for 10-12 episodes. That will take 10-12 weeks, and Travels isn't going anywhere.
The schedule got changed.... TUESDAYS 8 pm The Voice 9 pm This Is Us 10 pm Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders THURSDAYS 8 pm Superstore 8:30 pm The Good Place 9 pm Will & Grace 9:30 pm Great News 10 pm Chicago Fire
