...if you meant Favorite Baddie Race, then it's the Cardassians but the Borg have the potential to be resurrected and used well for a change, and could overtake even the Cardies.

Fave Cardassian: Garak (who isn't my favorite Baddie because such labels cannot apply to a character as complex as him)
