Although to get anywhere as a Klingon requires politicking, which means that they have to pretend that it's a thousand years ago still, or they lose their jobs.
Maybe climate change will wipe them all out.

I think Ash is a Klingon agent and will be uncovered by Lorca’s tribble....
My latest theory is that Ash Tyler is Ash Williams!

There was a reference to his eyes. Ash makes a joke about it in the battle simulation.
The Tribble has conveniently disappeared from Lorca's desk.![]()
I've overestimated them a few times now, unless its a Double Misdirection!!! Like, they make it too obvious, so that we put it past them, and start anticipating differently, and then it turns out Ashlee is just Voq.Trying to give the producers a lot of credit, I like the idea that the use of Latif's name for the non-existent actor supposed to be playing Voq is misdirection and that the Klingon has been transformed into Lorca. That would be clever, if very implausible. But what the fuck, this is Star Trek.
Of course, one has to explain the inconsistencies of Tyler's claims about his captivity. Maybe he's hiding something else.
