Why is that pretend Federation ship made by a revenge-driven alien, the Dauntless, grouped in with the regular Federation ships?

I also see a lot of Federation ships I've never seen or heard of in there... *snaps fingers* Ah! Must be all those fan/BTS designs made-up in some book over 30 years ago.

Maybe the Federation built it later using info from Voyager about the fake one.

Yea I got a bulk of them from there plus a dozen of other places too.

I made them...I was just playing around with some"kitbashing" ideals I was thinking about for real models I'm building using the Polar Light's 1/1000 scale NX-Enterprise kit and I just stuck them in this chart as kind of a joke.
