My Revell Voyager Kit Build, with "All Good Things" Voyager tribute!

I built this model of Voyager from Revell, as the kit was brand new and only cost £20.

I was delighted to see it came with a shall Type 9 shuttlecraft.

My problem (again!) was the big decals and how to place them properly over "bumpy ridges". Does anyone have any ideas? I keep getting air trapped and the decals don't seem to like being put around 90 degree angles. :(

I have showcased my Voyager model with my Playmates and Starship Collector models to recreate All Good Things (with Voyagers). I love the intrepid class. :)

Have you tried using a decal setting solution, like the stuff made by Microscale?

Their Micro-Sol says it's for "softening decals to conform to irregular surfaces for a painted on look".

I think they can both be used on the same decals, I would read up on them first.
Micro-Set helps with adhesion but can also be used as a decal remover.
