Tolar: "You can't keep me here against my will, I haven't done anything wrong. We had an agreement !" Sisko: "I'm making a new agreement ! If that program passes inspection, you walk free. But if there is even the slightest flaw, then I will send you back to that Klingon prison where Gowron can take his time while he executes you !!!" Tolar: "It will pass ! You'll see....it will pass..." Garak: "... I sincerely hope so. Now why don't you go back to your quarters. I'll be along shortly to say......hello...":bolian::bolian: -

Brooks overdid it a bit but the fear on Tolar's face when Garak says he'll drop by to say Hello is priceless. It makes Garak creepier than ever. Love it.

I just watched this episode again (so it would be fresh in my mind when I read Hollow Men again... re-reading due to the utter lack of new books en route).

The one thing that always gets me is that Garak fights like a 4th-grader, yet he was part of the most elite and well-trained Cardassian force in existence. Also, when you read "A Stitch In Time" and such, the extent of his training detailed in there doesn't quite sync up with what we saw on the show.

That being said, the Garak character was always one of my favorites.
