The DVDs are Rating: NR (Not Rated).

I had started another thread about Enterprise called TV Parental Guidelines system episodes initial run on UPN .
I would be interested from a perspective of Paramount Studios and violence on a television show for broadcast television. Was Voyager more violent in later seasons?
I'm not talking about a body count of off-screen violence but on-screen violence directly affecting the TV Parental Guidelines system rating of that episode.

What episodes would have been rated TV14 for the violence not the language?

Interesting..I'm thinking the episode "Living Witness" would have been more TV14 cause of the violence in the middle of the episode. But I always thought Voyager was TVPG and was intended to be that way since the very first episode. Guess I missed something there?

I don't seem to recall any episodes of Voyager being given a TV-14 rating. Actually I don't believe any of the Treks were rated TV-14 until Enterprise's Carpenter Street and that was because of the prostitution mentions at the beginning of the episode when Loomis kidnaps the woman.

I think all the Voyager episodes were TV-PG. At least that's all I remember seeing up there in the corner.

I think a couple of DS9 episodes were TV-14, weren't they?

I don't recall any Voyager episodes being rated anything but PG. However, the TNG episode "Genesis" scared my boys to death (they were about 10 and 7). Scared me, too! LOL

I think that was Braga's first episode, wasn't it?

Oh yeah, AuntKate. Forgot about that episode of TNG! That was the one episode that scared the crap outta me when it first aired. But I also thought that it was very interesting as well.
Maybe the TNG episode where Data and another woman(played by Denise Crosby..forget the episode name though) were talking about sex. ??
