More Series 11.1 Guest Stars Confirmed.

Aren't online CV's wonderful? I think probably half the confirmed information for the next series has come from them so far.

Bill Paterson we knew about, Ian McNeice had been rumoured but not confirmed but this is the first time Sophie Okonedo's been mentioned. (How many people still remember that she was the 9th Doctor's first companion?)

What'll be just as interesting is whether that gets taken down as fast as it would have been under RTD, and whether the guy gets re-employed! ;)

Yes because in the Next Doctor the Cybeman infostamp featured Rowen Atkinson and Richard E Grant but not Eccleston ;)

anyway surely E Grant was the 10th Doctor (although I can never remember which way round the regens go in The Curse of Fatal Death)

He was in fact 9.2 and 10, which is pretty impressive.

(And let's never forget that while the BBC have done their best to erase it from history for a few months REG was the real, official 9th Doctor.)

That's simple. The Cult of Skaro Daleks didn't know about those incarnations, just as they didn't know about, say, the Douglas Camfield Doctor. ;)

Nine - Atkinson
Ten - Richard E. Grant
Eleven - Jim Broadbent
Twelve - Hugh Grant
Thirteen - Joanna Lumley

Cool, I can never remember which way round the Grant boys go

Good set of actors there and I'm impressed with myself that I'm familiar with all of them.

I guess Bill Paterson decided to give Doctor Who a try because of Freema. ;)
