Moore working on I, Robot sequel?

I would see it... as I enjoyed the first film People dissed it, and, sure it wasn't perfect.. a kiva Goldsman is halfway competent but their are limits to his abilities. I likd his overall point of the first film, that the Three Laws are too rigid and lack empathy.. that's a really interesting idea. I hope the sequel can add further insights into this world.

That's four-year-old news, going by the date on the article. Much as I'd love to see another Ron Moore-helmed sci-fi project featuring robots, I'm guessing "development hell" on this one.

I didn't look at the date. However, there is a page for the "film" on imdb, for what it's worth. Working on mobile devices I don't look for all those details

Yeah, I remember hearing about this back when BSG was still in production. I've just tossed it in with all the other projects Ron Moore supposedly has in development which have gone nowhere.

That really doesn't mean much. Imdb is useful once a film is actually produced, if you need to look up the credits or something, but when it comes to "upcoming" films, it's not very reliable. It's littered with old rumors about dead projects.

I dug "I, Robot." I think Bridget Moynihan was miscast and Will Smith could have toned it down a couple notches, but otherwise it was a pretty solid action flick with some really nice special effects.
