As a part timer at a well known retailer (not a Big Box BTW) I have had several Monster cables returned due to lack of quality signal..I now sell my customers our middle of the road cables and have NEVER had one returned for quality issues...

I'll never use Monster...they simply are cheap cables wrapped in fancy plastic and vinyl

The actual response is so much better because Denke goes to town on them in ways I couldn't even imagine.

No doubt. His use of language, legal double-talk, and head-spinning prose is pure awesome. "Fuck you and the horse you rode in on," is an apt summary, but the real letter is pure, lawyery awesome.
