I could never get anything stronger than Vicodin which is completely useless. It's just souped up Tylenol. I had an infection from getting my wisdom teeth taken out once. I took two of them and no help whatsoever. I did get some Tylenol with Codeine once for a bad nerve pain in my jaw and that did the trick.
