The other side of the story has come out about his altercation on a flight out of Vancouver. He is now accused of both knowing and using the Vulcan shoulder grip on the rapper who had the seat too far back for takeoff.

The guy took him by surprise. Romney instinctively used the Vulcan Death Grip.

Wait there no such thing as the Vulcan Death Grip?

If Romney had tried to use a Vulcan death grip then the Canadian police would've arrested him. The regular Vulcan neck pinch is more like using a Taser. They could've possibly charged him with assault, but it seems that when the rapper recognized that he was up against a Vulcan, he backed off.
