Well no shit. Anyone who's had a charcoal grill knows how frickin' hard it is to light that stuff. Of course you'd have to add a lot of "starter fluid" to get 40 tons of it to burn.
What I'd like to know is, did someone buy out all the wienies in that part of Missouri? If so, they might have their suspect.
