Mission Crate -- Promo?

Did anybody else sign up for the "Mission Crate" series from Loot Crate? I got a box today with "LootAnime" printed all over it, and "1 x Star Trek Promo" printed on the address label. So, I'm assuming this isn't my first "Mission Crate" proper -- just a way to get rid of some crap they had cluttering up the warehouse.

It contains:
1 "Star Trek: The Next Generation: Mirror Broken: Origin of Data" comic from a Loot Crate last summer. I already picked this up cheap on eBay.
1 "Star Trek 'Vulcan Salute' Air Freshener (Vanilla)" with a 2015 date. I may have one of these already from a Loot Crate I got a while back.
1 "Star Trek Online Lootpin" (again, the Vulcan Salute). This is dated July 2016.
1 pr Star Trek Crew Socks from Bioworld. Has a 2016 date.
1 mystery "Star Trek: The Next Generation" item in a sealed black envelope with a cutaway of the Enterprise-D on the front. Again, from 2016.

Anybody know the story on this? Is this one of the 6 Crates I paid in advance for? because if it is, I want my money back NOW.

I believe the first proper Trek Loot Crate contains a Locutus figure, so sounds like this really is just a promo. Perhaps this is an attempt to apologize for the delay on the first crate?

I think that must be what this is. Although an email explanation from the Crate folks would be appreciated, too.
