It can be too hot, too cold, too dry, too wet, too humid, too windy, too calm - at any rate it's usually too something. But without it people would have nothing to talk about in the doc's anteroom Show us your favourite weather, or your most hated one, the weather past, present or future, on Earth or in a different corner of the universe.

Oh it'll have to be sunshine for me:

I totally cannot live without the sun, so I'm miserable often since where I live has sunshine less than half the year, lol. Thank goodness for SAD therapy lamps!

One of the very most terrifying things for me in stories and such is when people are being sent to a dungeon, or a slave mine or something, and will never see daylight again. It absolutely breaks my heart, and it's especially terrifying because it has really happened to actual people. I would totally die inside if that ever happened to me. Oh sorry, I don't mean to get so dark for a happy avatar contest, lol.

Fall weather. Not too hot, not too cold (At least during the day time), cloudy days, colorful leaves.

While sunshine is certainly my favourite, since it's been entered, I thought I'd go with something different.

There's something incredibly captivating about watching (and listening to!) a thunderstorm roll in on a hazy summer night...

cool entries!! I'm pretty glad that we have ony few hurricanes but we have flash floods (nasty, particularly if you happen to be sampling downstream and suddenly a huge wave sneaks up to you from behind and fills your rubber trousers to the rim..). And we have marvellous thunderstorms and very pretty freezing rain.
Marynator, your pic reminds me a lot of Margot Trooger - she played the sun in a very popular German fairy tale movie (from time index 52:00 - the moon fairy and her sister, the sun, meet at a tea party for the forces of nature). The eyes and the smile are almost identical.

last Tuesday, shortly before a thunderstorm. This is the view from my study. The yellow stripe along the horizon isn't the sunset, it's gigantic clouds of pollen - the forrest is in full bloom. Must be the apocalypse for all those poor people with hay fever..
