Well I am. I thought it was a much better, deeper story than Children of Earth. COE was a good story, but would have been much stronger as a 3-parter. Miracle Day actually felt like it had scope. And it gave a chance for characters to breathe a little.

There were a few things I liked which came about during Miracle Day, but the overall execution of the series was pretty bloody awful.
And since the Doctor was routinely landing on Earth when it was supposedly occuring and never once said "Everything's a bit dystopian today" I choose to ignore it!

Miracle Day was kinda bad, but not as fantastically bad as Torchwood's first season could be (especially with a Chris Chibnal script). I prefered the cast ensemble and stunt casting with supporting characters to a lot of the storyline.
I felt there were too many episodes where the story could have taken half a dozen steps forward and move things along, but instead they only took one step or half a step. This story could have taken half as many episodes to tell. Pacing at times was lethargic.I thought it was a much better, deeper story than Children of Earth.
