Microsoft very close to locking down the Windows 7 RTM

Builds 7260, 7261 and 7262 were all voted on but rejected by the "elders of the internet", so 7263 is now up for contention. Am downloading build 7260 as I type so I can see how the build is working out - although they seemed to have changed very little since... well long before the Beta was released.

Either way, we should have a locked RTM before the end of June.

Microsoft don't have a choice - they've announced the release date and the OEMs normally take about 3months to prepare their builds (mentioned at the time Vista came in out in a couple of places) so if it's going to ship on the 10/22/09....

Has anything even remotely noticeable, besides under-the-hood small stuff, been changed since the public release candidate?
