Microsoft email accounts (hotmail etc)

At present we've somehow ended up on Microsoft's blacklist and email sent to accounts they manage is not going through. In principle this includes hotmail, but may well include all domains hosted on MS's 365 services. We're trying to find out why they have done this and get is resolved. If the forum gives you an alert banner moaning about validating/changing your email address. Just ignore it for the moment until we've resolved this. Sorry!
 
Have completed MS's not great support form. Yep that would be one where you can't actually discuss the issue. I've no idea why they have blacklisted the mail server. Their mail tools don't go into enough detail and trying to get information out is hard. Hopefully someone at MS will resolve things, but right now beyond us checking all mail we've sent to hotmail and co over the last day or two there isn't much we can do but wait on them.
 
Looks like at least at present the fallout seems to be on MS's own email domains (so hotmail/outlook primarily), rather than 365 clients. No response yet on our support ticket.
 
mS have said they will resolve it in 24-48 hours. No information about what caused the block
