This should (hopefully) be interesting. Daniel Jackson is perhaps my favorite SciFi character. It should be neat to see Shanks acting alongside J & J.

He was pretty good on Eureka and Sanctuary, and I expect will be the same on Smallville and Supernatural. I just hope he avoids the other CW shows.

Sounds like a pretty small part, though. Still, I ADORE Michael Shanks, so I will probably check them both out.


I thought he was wonderful on "Burn Notice." It's a pity his character couldn't have stuck around for a few more episodes, but he got one heck of storyline, while it lasted.

Hmm... he's becoming common on CW programs. Not bad for someone not a teenager.

Jim Beaver broke the mold for the non teenage recurring guest star. 20+ appearances over the series now as Bobby the surrogate father/friend to the brothers. He turns 60 this year.
