Looks more like Shadow Moses will tie into the MGS4 storyline. I wouldn't put it past em though, Kojima is one crazy mutha'.

From what I understand, that Shadow Moses sequence is one example of "playable flashbacks" which can be played optionally throughout MGS4's storyline. Hopefully this means that we'll get flashbacks to MGS2 as well; MGS3 would be harder to justify, I think. But it would be really wild if we get recreations of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 as well...
