Well, this a merry one indeed. I sprained my ankle this past Sunday when I was walking down some stairs. I slipped and twisted my left ankle as I took 3 steps as 1! My foot isn't as swollen as it was 5 days ago. I've been staying off of it for the past few days, but I have to walk on it some so the joint doesn't get stuck. What a pisser. It'll be at least 5 more days before I can go back to the gym again...and I'm addicted to the gym. It's my meth. Please, help, send meth...I mean, good energy, my way.
