I had pre-ordered this book from Amazon.com, and the UPS shipment has just arrived.:) I'm looking forward to reading this book, especially Christopher Bennett's installment, but I probably won't have time to do so until this weekend.

Surely a more appropriate thread title would have been "'Mere Anarchy' is Loosed Upon My Bookself"?

If you like TOS, then I recommend getting it, I really like this set of stories. unfortunately, my reviews got pruned, so you'll have to wait for the others to read this for their reviews.

I'll probably end up waiting for it to arrive at my local Border's (which probably means a wait of a couple more weeks), but I'm glad to know that Amazon shipments are arriving now. I am really excited about this book, as it contains stories by so many of my favourite Trek writers. :techman:

Borders website lists on-sale date as March 17, so I'd imagine it'll start showing up in stores then (maybe a little sooner, depending on the store).

Looking forward to this! I checked 2 stores today but no love. Will try again next week.

My copy came from Amazon today! I can't wait to read it. Especially since Under The Torrent Sea was kind of a disappointment to me.

I think you meant to say "It would probably be easier to list the few phrases in "The Second Coming" that *haven't* been turned into episode or story titles by Keith DeCandido." ;)

^Oh, the poem is quite popular with authors other than KRAD. Andromeda had episodes entitled "Its Hour Come Round at Last," "The Widening Gyre," and "Pitiless as the Sun." Chinua Achebe's most famous novel is called Things Fall Apart, and Slouching Towards Bethlehem, The Ceremony of Innocence, and variations thereon have been used as titles repeatedly.

It was in my local bookshop today in Amsterdam, but I gave it a miss as books are really expensive here (20 Euro for mere Anarchy) I did get A Singular Destiny which I am more than half way through. I may pick it up when I visit England next month

Yes, I know.
