Mega-Poll #1 : Your Favorite Doctor

I only know five out of eleven (1, 2, 9-11) so far so this might change at some point but for now it's Ten.
Shouldn't this poll be: who is your favorite Doctor AFTER the Sixth Doctor? I mean, come one, he is the best....
The Ninth Doctor, even though I like the three I've seen.
The Fourth.
Followed very closely by the Sixth and Ninth.

I guess if I have to pick just one it would be 4. But only by a hair.
Normally I bemoan the fact that the incumbant wins these kinds of things, but in this case, well call me a hypocrite but Smith for pretty much owning the role from the second he clambered out of the library/swimming pool
After him probably Davison, Troughton, Tennant and Eccleston in variable order. Really there's never been a truly terrible Doctor though.

One thing I've noticed around these boards is when it comes to Doctor/Companion, people change minds really easily. What I mean is taking Tennant for example. When he was Doctor everyone loved him. Now that Smith is in the role, people decide they didn't like Tennant. The best example is the comparison between Martha and Donna. Interesting how stuff like that always works.

HEHE, I believe Donna was hated in Runaway Bride, and everyone was grateful it was a "one-off", and when she was announced as the new companion, many groaned, but, fandom really warmed up to her by the end of her run
In fairness my opinion of Tennant hasn't shifted, he was a good Doctor but not as great as many made him out to be.
As for Donna, hated her for the first half of The Runaway Bride but by the end when Ten asked her along I hoped she'd go. When she was announded as a full time companion I was horrified for all of ten seconds before I realised she was essentially Tegan, after that I knew she'd be Ace...no wait, I mean I knew she'd be great
