Matt Smith is leaving "Doctor Who"

It's been announced that Matt Smith will be leaving Doctor Who during this year's Christmas Special.

I will say that I'm sad to see him go, as he was my favorite Doctor, but I am also excited to see who the next doctor will be (and if he/she will be ginger or not). Thoughts?
