Actually I'm retracting my statement...it is pretty original seeing as how it's never happened to the best of my knowledge in the mythos it was just predictable when I read that they were both coming back in the same episode. I'm actually looking forward to the explanation if any on how they got together.

I'm curious if they have any codependency issues that now and then she might fall off the wagon with him? I do dearly love Martha but she can certainly do with a shot of bourbon now and then to get that stick out of her ass, her first husband on the other hand... King Arthur couldn't have pulled the stick out of his ass.

I hadn't thought of that, but it certainly is as valid as the other theories. And I'm not just saying that because I love the Chlovage, it would be in keeping with her 'Big Brother' style of running Watchtower.
