Mad leaders - can you name them all? [minor spoilers]

Wasn't Admiral Drake from The Ashes of Eden evil and crazy? It's hard to remember which ones were really evil and which were just obstructionist jerks.

Dare I say... Admiral Janeway in Before Dishonor? A somewhat atypical Borg Queen. She ate pluto!

Given that "myrmidon" is generally used to mean a blindly obedient soldier or drone, I would've been surprised to see it used as a title for a ruler of some sort.

I've honestly never run into that word before and just assumed it was a fictitious "untranslated" Gorn title.

I included him as a leader in the sense that the first myrmidon was leading a group of Gorn and was the highest ranked one of them. Perhaps a bit of a stretch?

*shrugs* I haven't read Seize the Fire yet, but the way he came right after several heads of government, I just assumed that was the context -- another head of government, this one Gorn.

The Maker, leader of the Shedai?

This talk of Myrmidons reminded me that one of the Shedai is named "the Myrmidon", which led me to consider the Maker. To be honest, I think all the Shedai are a little touched...

You could just call him Stretch the Gorn. :guffaw:
