I found a web series called Lost Untangled. Each episode is a 5-minute re-enactment of the real episode, using action figures and props. It looks like they started with episode 5x04. Enjoy.

5x07: "The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham"
5x08: "LaFleur"
5x09: "Namaste"
5x10: "He's Our You"
5x11: "Whatever Happened, Happened"

I just finished watching The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham ( the real episode) and it was weird to then watch that surreal adaptation of it.
The guy did a great Ben impersonation!
