"lost" rappaport footage from "the most toys"

recently came across a video on youtube (titled "TNG Blu-ray: David Rappaport "The Most Toys" Deleted Footage - Wondercon News") where the discovery of this footage is described, and inclusion on the then-forthcoming S3 blu-ray set is announced.

so is this actually on the S3 set? if so, where? i watched all the bonus stuff on the last disc of the set - i didn't see it on there. is it some sort of easter egg or something? any help here would be much appreciated - i have wanted to see this footage for ages.

fantastic. thank you! i have been purchasing the blu-ray sets and watching the episodes in order (last episode i watched was "booby trap," so i hadn't yet made it to the late 3rd season), but i did skip ahead and watch the bonus features, so looks like i just skipped over it. thanks again, much appreciated.
