I am interested in learning more about leadership in film direction, and was wondering where I might find footage of the directors themselves, whether it be on-set footage of them interacting with the actors, or one-on-one interviews.
I am hoping to glean insights into how the directors were able to manage the actors, work with them, and bring the best out of them in their roles.
