looking for specific episode

Hi, I have been watching tng online, and I have been trying to watch [FONT=Verdana][FONT=Verdana]specific episode[/FONT][/FONT] but I cant remember what the name of it was or what season it was
　
What I can remember is this is the one where they when check to see if a ship was missing from a ship scrap yard where a I think it was a [FONT=Times New Roman]Zakdorn who managed it, and he would not talk to them with out a appointment, eventually troy convinced him to help and he found out that one of the ships was actually missing they ran into the ship I remember jordi saying Captain that ships armament easily matches the enterprises but something went wrong on the ship and worf destroyed it with one shot
can some tell me the name and season that epasode was ?
