Hello. I am looking for the name of a TOS episode, and I have so little information that I can't google the answer.

The episode has to do with a small ship attacking the enterprise, and it's flying by so fast the Enterprise can't return fire.

That's all I remember. For some reason I think maybe Andorians are involved. May be.

Now that that is answered, I am going to derail the thread and ask in what episode does Spock say that a ship is travelling "something on the order of warp 35?". It might be TAS.
