Looking for a VOY Fic

I'm looking for a VOY fic I read a long time ago that is an AU for the episode Message in a Bottle. It focuses on Tom Paris taking over as Doctor when the EMH doesn't come back. Does anyone know this fic?

I think the story you are looking for is "Honoris Causa," written by Margaret Berger ("Maisie") in 1998. I came across her stories recently on the "parisnights.de" website and they are very well written (even the slashy ones are in character).

For some reason I cannot seem to get the link copied so I'm writing it out below. If it doesn't come through just google the website and fight your way through to the author's list; Berger's stories are listed under "Maisie" on that site.
